  I bought a 2005 Ford Focus ZXW from Big A's a week before Christmas last year for 3200$ Etested and certified.Was told by the owner of how a wonderful car it would be. Was told it was a steal of a deal considering how little rust it had. I never looked at under a hoist but I wish that I had. I just went to get my winter tires put on by another mechanic less than a year of the purchace.He called me in the morning and said my car is unfit for the road. I was in disbelief. I checked it out for myself only to find that the entire frame was rusted out to the point where it is unsafe. I can put my hand through the floor and I can rip the frame apart with my bare hands. It was beyond bad. These guys sold a car that shouldn't have even been certified. How did they certify exactly.??? If I could give zero stars in this review I would. Stay away from these CROOKS!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

  When the job was done he told me the amount and it was quite a bit higher than what he had quoted me, he had used chrome valve stems without asking me, he said he thought they'd look good with my new tires, I paid an additional $15 per tire for these unwanted valve stems, I smiled and was thankful to have gotten this lesson on such a small job rather than it been a big one.

  I called around Perth to see if I could get them installed but everybody was busy except Big Al's but between Canadian Tire and other shops in the area it cost me the most here to have the job done.
