  Price is decent, but Does Not include a breakfast with the stay. After taxes its about $120 for a two queen room with little amenities.

  Very clean. Nicely renovated washrooms. Friendly and accommodating owners. 20 min walk to downtown. Close to many amenities. We would certainly stay there again!

  Very clean, bright environment. Nothing fancy but the price reflects this. In a great location; close to modern amenities and a 20 minute walk/5 min drive to historic downtown Perth. I would recommend if you're looking for a clean spot at a fair price!

  I liked the room but if you come with a service dog you are paying double the price they went from 65.00$ to 99.00$ on account of the service dog. I had to point out it was illegal to deny me on account of a service dog. Nice room though.

  Its a quaint little place and great for a quick rest. Walls are not sound proof and parking is right outside you window so can hear all the goings on outside.

  Nice and clean, across from many amenities. Only downside is heat is controlled from office off radiant heat boilers. It's a sauna u less a window is left open. If that was fixed it would be 5 star
